We ship within the European Union with Austrian Post. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made with DHL Express.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country as well as the type and scope of the items ordered. The applicable shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed transparently in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
Due to the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East, as well as increased energy and transport costs, shipping costs may currently be higher than usual.

The total invoice amount, including shipping costs, is payable in advance and without deduction.

Delivery Time
We do not keep pre-assembled sets in stock. Instead, we prepare the items in your order individually and with the greatest care after receipt of payment.
The total delivery time therefore depends on the date of receipt of payment, the processing time for your order, and the transit time of the respective shipping provider.
For deliveries to Germany and Austria, delivery usually takes approximately 2 weeks.
In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur due to high demand, delays from suppliers, or delays caused by the shipping provider.
International Orders
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes may apply and may be charged by the authorities in your country.
These costs are to be borne by the customer and cannot be calculated or influenced by us in advance.
You will of course receive a tracking number for your shipment. If you have any questions regarding customs clearance or import formalities, you may contact DHL Express or the relevant customs authority in your country directly using this tracking information.
Returns
If a shipment cannot be delivered despite the correct delivery address having been provided and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of EUR 25.00.
The cost of re-shipping must be borne by the customer.
Goodwill arrangements remain unaffected and may be granted in individual cases.
