1. We dispatch our goods throughout the world exclusively using the services of the Deutsche Post.
2. The mailing charges incurred are in turn invoiced to our customers.
3. Our Web Shop programme calculates the mailing charges for each individual order; for the calculation it takes the weight and the address of the recipient (town, country) and the current rates of the Deutsche Post into consideration.
As the effective mailing charges are dependent on the recipient’s address, they can only be shown in detail after you have registered and logged in and therefore have notified your address to the programme.
The exactly calculated, currently valid mailing charges can therefore be seen and checked independent of placing a definite order. You then still have the possibility of ordering or not – the final completion of your order follows at a later stage.
4. As you have practically already paid for your order before you receive the goods (whether by advanced payment, direct debit or credit card) we dispatch the goods by the safest possible method, i.e. by registered mail or – from a value of 150 EUR upwards – by parcel delivery. In this way we can always track the whereabouts of the consignment and safeguard you against losses.
5. For a number of countries we additionally insure the goods so that you do not sustain any material damages should the consignment be lost. The insurance premium is invoiced to you without any surcharge. It is specified in the invoice next to the mailing charges.
6. We will not invoice you with any charges other than those specified above. All amounts are specified during the order procedure before you complete your order.
Please note: For dispatch to non-EU countries customs/import duties may be incurred in addition to the above-mentioned charges. If in doubt, please check with your local Customs & Excise authorities for details.
7. Otherwise our General Business Condition shall apply.
